Another Option for Buying Dirt Showdown

Earlier this week, I was able to buy a Dirt Showdown Steam code off of eBay for $27. This is definitely another option for those interested in getting the game for even cheaper than the Steam 2 for $75 deal. These are vouchers that are currently being given away with AMD video cards (I got Dirt 3 from the same type deal). There are also vouchers for 3 games if you purchase a 7950 or 7970 card. The games are Dirt Showdown, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and Nexuiz (an arena style FPS using Cryengine3). If you have an eBay seller's account, you could get the 3 pack voucher and sell the other 2 codes to lower your Dirt Showdown price even more (if you're not interested in the other 2 games). Deus Ex is a $30 game so you should be able to get at least $15 for it and Nexuiz is $10 so you should be able to get $5 for it (reducing your Dirt Showdown price by around $20). EDIT (5/21 3:20pm): This item sold at $40.99, though someone could have bought it at $33 before it relisted. Real shame no one jumped on this deal.

NOTE: The first deal I had listed above ($30 "Buy it now" for Dirt Showdown) has been sold. Hopefully, it was a S&H member who got that one. If not, I'll be updating this thread with other eBay listings that I run across. Some of these are really good deals, so if you see one you like, you need to take advantage of them quickly.

Here's another listing on eBay. There are two codes available for 19.99 GBP which is approximately $31.61 at current exchange rates (PayPal will change the currency for you automatically). Not quite as good as the $30 deal, but still pretty decent.

This is a great deal and someone should jump on it right away. In addition, the listing on the first post (3 game voucher for $33 starting bid) has no bidders and is expiring soon (5/20 at 6:37am PDT). That is another great deal!

Since I started this thread, four Dirt Showdown Steam codes have been sold (2 at $30 and 2 at $31.61). Sure hope some S&H members are taking advantage of these deals. No one has made any posts, so I'm not sure if any of you have. Anyone? I can't tell if there is any interest and if I should be updating this thread. Please make a post and let me know if you've bought one of these codes. Just thought money's tight these days and someone who's interested in getting Dirt Showdown would appreciate a cheaper method of buying the game.

The bidding ends 5/28 at 10:38am PDT so it's probably not worth trying to get it for the bid price of $27. The game releases 5/24 and the $29.98 Buy It Now price is an excellent deal. Any takers? This one won't last and you need to do the Buy It Now price before someone puts in a bid because then it becomes an auction and goes for the duration of listing to 5/28 (Buy It Now prices are invalidated once it starts bidding).

Bidding ends on 5/28 at 1:42pm PDT, so it's another one you might want to consider getting at the Buy It Now price before the bidding starts. Since it has a low starting bid, this one may get bid on quickly which will then invalidate the Buy It Now price. Here are two great deals with $30 Buy It Now prices. Wakko, good to hear that at least you were able to grab one of the $30 deals. As of right now, they are both gone. I knew that $20 deal wouldn't last long; too bad you couldn't snag it. For anyone else, I'll continue to update this thread as I see more deals. Just remember that these are selling for less than on Steam, so they usually go pretty fast.
